LITTLE LIBRARIES

Having access to learning resources outside the classroom is critical. United Way of Hunt County builds and installs Little Free Libraries throughout our region in partnership with various community organizations to support students. These libraries encourage children to read and provide families with easy access to new and used books. Little Free Libraries are on a take-a-book, leave-a-book basis.

ADOPT A LITTLE LIBRARY

Our Little Libraries sometimes need attention. Whether it’s structural, cosmetic, or book donation, we invite families, corporations, or organizations to adopt a Little Library. If you are interested in sponsoring a United Way Little Library, becoming a site partner, or helping with installation, contact our Director to learn more at 903.217.1694.

Donate family-friendly books for our Little Libraries. We are always accepting book donations for our Little Libraries throughout Hunt County. You can drop them off at our office during business hours or contact us for more information.

Make a monetary donation. Your support of UWHC will help Little Libraries, partner agencies, and other programs that fit our mission. Know that your donation will help make more great things happen! Join the fight, make a one-time donation, or set up a recurring monthly or quarterly gift. Your support is greatly appreciated!
